Advantages of the Q31
Q31 from Technostrap is a battery strapping tool for PP/PET strap of 13–16 mm, the latest generation of the Q series. Tensioning, friction welding and cutting are performed automatically at the touch of a button, and the weld strength reaches 75–80% of the PET strap strength.
With three working modes — fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual — and two tensioning modes (normal H and soft L), it adapts easily to different types of packages. Up to 700 straps per charge and a welding time of ~1 s make it a productive solution for industrial packaging.
