What industrial packaging means
Industrial packaging protects and secures products for storage and transport. The usual stages are erecting and closing cartons, strapping parcels and pallets, wrapping pallets and marking batch and date.
Strapping uses PP strap for light loads, PET strap for medium and heavy loads or steel (metal) strap for extreme loads. Wrapping secures the pallet with stretch film, and pre-stretch reduces film consumption.
