EZ SEAL from Siat is a premium automatic case sealer, designed for high-performance end-of-line systems. It seals up to 40 boxes per minute, with servo-driven automatic format change and recipe management from the touchscreen.

Ready for Industry 4.0 through OPC-UA communication, it integrates seamlessly into complex packaging lines. The heavy-duty steel frame and CE compliance guarantee reliability and safety under intensive use.

Fully automatic operation reaches up to 35 boxes per minute (40 with the optional rotary kicker) at a belt speed of 50 m/min, eliminating end-of-line bottlenecks. The symmetrical, reversible layout supports both Zero Line and Center Line configurations, with PLC, SCADA, WCS and WMS integration through open protocols.
