VIPER

VIPER by Siat is the next-generation battery-powered strapping tool, designed for PP and PET straps in 9, 12 and 16 mm (3/8"–1/2"–5/8"). Its capacitive touchscreen offers intuitive control and real-time feedback, making strap tensioning, sealing and cutting simple and fast. Strapping is done manually by placing the strap around the package, while tensioning, sealing and cutting are performed automatically at the touch of a button, joining the strap ends with a friction welding process for secure and consistent seals.

Lightweight and perfectly balanced, Viper ensures operator visibility, reduced fatigue and easy one-hand use in both horizontal and vertical applications. The full TFT color touchscreen offers front-facing visibility of tension and speed, programmable in multiple units, with lockable settings, tool status and error diagnostics. Up to 8 custom settings, variable force and speed with a soft mode for delicate packages, IoT connectivity and a unique cooling-time calibration function make it a reliable partner that boosts productivity and reduces operator fatigue. Supplied as standard with one battery and one charger, it is ready to use right out of the box.
