About the project
End-of-line automation for a manufacturer with a continuous production flow. The identified need: manual handling of finished products limited the production rate and exposed operators to repetitive physical strain.
Delivered solution
- Robotic palletizing — an industrial robot with a product-adapted gripper that automatically places pallets according to the configured pattern
- Automatic transport (AGV) — automated guided vehicles pick up complete pallets and move them to the shipping or storage area, eliminating manual transport
- Integration with the existing line — synchronization with the production machine pace and the existing control systems
