F105 by Siat is a semi-automatic case erector designed and manufactured by SIAT to fold the bottom flaps of boxes and push them through a semi-automatic fixed-format case sealer. It supports manual filling by operators while significantly reducing packing time — a 50% time-saving compared to manual erection and packing.

Simple and productive

The F105 folds the bottom flaps of boxes manually placed by an operator. Once the bottom flaps are folded, the boxes are kept in a vertical position for the filling process, and are subsequently driven toward a case sealer by a pneumatic pusher to be sealed with adhesive tape. Fully controlled by pneumatic supply, the F105 needs no electrical power, reducing the cost of operations and simplifying the controls. It is one of SIAT's best-selling machines.
