HM11 by Siat is a range of automatic hot-melt case sealers, designed to seal boxes of the same size with hot-melt glue on the top and bottom. Hot-melt technology is accepted only by automatic machines, due to the initial investment and the cost reduction applicable on long runs.

Fully automatic operation

The box, coming from a filling station with the bottom flaps sealed, is taken away by drive belts toward the machine, where injectors dispense 4 strips of hot-melt glue. A system of flap compression rollers provides the proper pressure on the boxes. The automatic top-flaps-folder device, 12 different application programs and the Robatech hot-melt glue applicator with a 5 kg tank guarantee high output (up to 1,200 boxes/hour) without the presence of an operator, except for glue adjustments and feeding. Safety panels prevent operators from coming into contact with moving or hot parts, and the machine is ready for integration into automatic lines.
