SM44HS by Siat is an automatic "Random" case sealer: the machine is able to adjust itself on the various box sizes and close the boxes' top flaps automatically, without an operator. It automatically applies two self-adhesive tape stripes on the upper and lower box middle lines.

Random adjustment

Utilization of the SM44HS is intuitive, simple and fast. Installation is extremely fast and, thanks to the caster with brake (option) fixed on the four legs, the machine is easily movable all over the workplace. A system located on the top part of the taping head construction folds automatically the 4 flaps of the box, so the user can work faster and more efficiently with all his hands free. Equipment includes the AS26HS indexing unit with box holding device, electro-pneumatic box-height detection and a production capacity up to 800 boxes/hour.
